Costa Rica is known for its magical allure of adventure and healing. The beautiful beaches along with the national parks will leave you breathless. This retreat will be focused on healing the healer. Take this time to reconnect with yourself, your purpose, and live free. Expect invigorating swims in Costa Rica's best waterfalls, drum circles, amazing food, and true Pura vida hospitality. This retreat will be co-lead by the amazing Dr. Kristina Stitcher who will be sharing her genius with us along the way.

DAY 1
Unplug + Unwind

Get settled into your space and tour the amazing property. We will have a welcome dinner at 6pm followed by yin yoga under the stars.
DAY 2
Reconnect
-7am: Sunrise beach yoga + meditation
- 8:30am: Ocean swim/surf & beach breakfast
- 10am-1pm: Learn
- 1pm-5pm: Lunch/ free time/massage
- 5:30pm-7:30pm: Learn
- 8pm -10pm: Community sea to table dinner & drinks
DAY 3
Recenter
- 7am: Meditation/yin + sound healing
- 8:30am - 9:30am: Waterfall Hike + Breakfast
- 10am -1pm: Learn
- 1:30 - 3:30: Lunch/massage/free time
- 4pm -7pm: Healing Hot Springs + Mud bath
- 8pm -10pm: (Learning dinner) community sea to table dinner & drinks
DAY 4
Recharge
-7am: Ocean Yoga Flow
-7am-8am: Goal setting/visualization/manifest
- 8am -10am: Breakfast
-10am - 2pm: Lunch & learn
-2pm - 6pm: Jungle hike + thermal hot springs

Not a Chiropractor? No Problem!
Yes we will be offering CE's to chiropractors, but you do not have to be one to experience the magic of this retreat. We will have 3-4 hours of class per day, and during that time you will have some extra beach/free time.
